Gould is a city in Lincoln County, Arkansas, United States. It's population was 1,305 at the 2000 U.S. census. It is included in the Pine Bluff, Arkansas Metropolitan Statistical Area.

The racial makeup of the city was 20.23% White, 78.01% Black or African American, 0.38% Native American, 0.08% Asian, 0.77% from other races, and 0.54% from two or more races. 1.07% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
